  • Managing the relationships with employee representative bodies, including negotiations with works councils and unions, election processes and consultation procedures with employee representatives,
  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions related to mergers and acquisitions or the restructuring of companies, including due diligence and HR related representations and warranties.
