Career
Benjamin Koenigsberg is the Co-head of Projects, United States in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York Office. He focuses his practice on project development, financings, hedge transactions, acquisitions and sales relating to complex power, transportation, natural gas and other infrastructure projects. He represents sponsors, international lenders, lead arrangers and underwriters, private equity funds and other investors in project development, limited recourse financings, debt restructurings, privatizations, and structured equity investments. His work in power ranges from conventional to renewables, such as wind, biomass and solar. He has worked on projects throughout the US, Brazil, Colombia and Israel.
Personal
Holds a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and a JD from the Fordham University School of Law.
