Named a 2025 Law360 Rising Star and a 2026 Lawdragon Leading Litigator in America, Mr. Sadun has won some of the highest-profile tech cases in the country. Most notably, he served as Second Chair trial counsel in the only Big Tech privacy class action ever to reach trial, where—after two weeks of examinations by Mr. Sadun and team—the Court announced a directed verdict for Dechert’s client, Flo Health. Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Sadun regularly negotiates with the FTC, State Attorneys Generals, and Congressional Committees and advises on AI, data governance, and cybersecurity risk in consideration of the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), the FTC Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
His insights on cutting-edge issues at the intersection of AI and privacy have made him a sought-after speaker and educator, including as an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law.
Mr. Sadun has also been recognized by LawDragon for being among America’s Top 20 Cybersecurity Litigators and recommended by The Legal 500 in Cyber Law, Consumer Products, Pharma and Medical Devices, Product Liability, Mass Tort, and Class Actions.
In 2025, Mr. Sadun was profiled and interviewed by Richard Hsu on the award-winning Hsu Untied Podcast and separately profiled and interviewed by Law360.
