Career

Ben Adamson is a Director in the Litigation department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Ben joined Conyers in 2003. His practice covers all aspects of commercial, civil and trust litigation.

Ben has been involved in a wide array of high value commercial and trust disputes, including the Masri litigation, the American Patriot litigation (Privy Council), and various Madoff related matters. Ben frequently appears in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of Bermuda.

Ben was educated at Cambridge University (Gonville & Caius) and practiced at the London Bar from 1999 to 2003 as a barrister at Devereux Chambers during which time he was appointed to the Treasury Panel.

Ben currently chairs the local branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a former Human Rights Commissioner.

Ben has been consistently recognised as a leading practitioner by Chambers & Partners.
