Offshore Trusts work includes formation, management, trusteeships/protectorships and trusts disputes. Work for both individuals and institutions will be considered. Private Trust companies remain the major client for most firms and the market has seen some significant trust litigation in the last year, notably the "Wong litigation" with parties across US and Taiwan.
