Senior partner, expert in commercial arbitration, M&A, private equity/venture capital and business law. Arbitrator, counsel or expert in over 100 arbitration proceedings under rules of ICC, FCC, UNCITRAL, Lewiatan, SCC, IAA, KIG and the National Depository for Securities.
Adjunct Professor in M&A Transactions in the Polish Legal System, Commercial Law as well as International Commercial Arbitration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Poland. She run comparative law research on breach of M&A transactions as a visiting academic at Oxford University Law Department for 2015/2016 and at Cambridge University Law Department within the Herbert Smith Freehills Visiting Professors Scheme for 2016/2017; in 2018 continued her research as a Visiting Scholar in Wolfson College at Oxford University.
She is a member of the of ICC International Arbitration Court. She chairs the Audit Committee of the Polish Private Equity Association. She is a Vice President of ICC CEEAG.
Between 2011 and 2017, served as President of the Lewiatan Arbitration Court; upon leaving this position, she was appointed Honorary President.
Author of numerous legal publications on M&A and commercial arbitration, including: "Polish Arbitration Law”, “The Challenges and the Future of Commercial and Investment Arbitration", “The Legal, Real and Converged Interest in Declaratory Relief”.
