Anna is an attorney at law and specialises in handling complex litigation, especially with international elements. She represents clients before common courts, administrative courts and the Supreme Court.
Corporate disputes occupy an important place in her practice – she provides comprehensive services to companies, partners and shareholders both in terms of profiling and resolution of such disputes. She has extensive experience in business disputes, resulting, inter alia, from many years of providing services to entities in the IT, banking and fintech, construction and automotive sectors. He also represents clients in post-arbitration proceedings concerning claims for the setting aside of arbitral awards, as well as applications for recognition and declaration of enforceability.
She supports clients at all stages of a dispute, from its inception, through the development and implementation of a strategy for resolving the dispute amicably or in court, to the conclusion of the dispute and the enforcement of the client’s rights. She draws on the knowledge and experience gained in dozens of ongoing litigation and multidisciplinary projects, aiming to find the best solution for the client – ensuring the realisation of their rights and safeguarding their interests.

Corporate disputes
She represented an IT company in a multifaceted dispute with one of its partners, including proceedings to exclude the partner from the company, proceedings to dissolve the company, and dozens of proceedings to revoke or invalidate resolutions of the company's shareholders' meeting.
She represented an IT company in a multifaceted dispute with a former member of the management board, including proceedings for payment of damages in connection with actions taken to the detriment of the company and proceedings for payment of remuneration under a management contract.
She represented an IT company in a dispute with one of its shareholders concerning the payment of damages in connection with a breach of the non-competition clause towards the company.
IT sector disputes
She represented an IT company as a contractor in a dispute with a public contracting authority concerning the implementation of an innovative IT project, with the total value of the parties' claims exceeding PLN 350 million.
She represented a public IT company as the main contractor in a dispute with an American subcontractor concerning the so-called e-Taxes project, i.e., a project to computerize the Polish tax administration, with the total value of the parties' claims exceeding PLN 60 million.
She represented an IT company in a dispute with a former employee of the company concerning the payment of a so-called success fee in connection with the implementation of an IT project in the amount of nearly PLN 4 million.
Banking and fintech sector disputes
She represented a bank as a depositary in a dispute with an investment fund company related to the conclusion of an agreement to take over the management of an investment fund.
She provided services to a domestic payment institution, including representation in administrative proceedings conducted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and court proceedings concerning disputes with banks.
She represented a fintech company and its CEO in criminal proceedings concerning the conduct of business without the required license.
Construction and real estate sector disputes
She represented an investor – a developer – in disputes concerning the acquisition, for remuneration, of a water supply, sanitary sewage, and storm water drainage network built by the investor.
She represented a construction company in a dispute with a public contracting authority arising from a construction contract.
She represented a public manufacturing company in a dispute with a landlord arising from a lease agreement for premises in which the company conducted its business.
Other economic disputes
She represented an automotive company in proceedings for payment of a debt covered by a promissory note.
She represented various entities in post-arbitration proceedings concerning complaints for the annulment of arbitration awards, as well as applications for recognition and enforcement.
