Bartłomiej Sasin specialises in pharmaceutical law, matters regarding medical devices and legislative advisory services. His professional experience encompasses the provision of advisory services to national and international entities, including in such areas as the distribution of medicinal products and medical devices, marketing, reimbursement, compliance, negotiating contracts and the operation of pharmacies.

He has been actively supporting industry organisations from the Life Sciences sector for years. I have taken part in events of key importance to the industry as an industry expert in recent years, such as the establishment of the National Medicines Authenticity Verification Organisation, the Educational Event Evaluation System and the most important legislative changes (“Pharmacy for the pharmacist”, the Act on the Medical Fund and the Act on the Profession of Pharmacist).
