Barbara Grasselli

Barbara Grasselli is an accomplished expert in employment law and industrial relations. She represents national and international clients across various sectors – including Chemical-Pharmaceutical, Publishing, Fashion, Professional Training, Marketing & Media, as well as Banking and Metalmechanics – in the implementation and management of staff rationalisation and reorganisation plans, management of corporate crisis situations and issues related to outsourcing processes.

She is also highly experienced in the management of senior and top managers, the drafting of company policies and contracts.

She assists clients in the solving of labour law issues. She has extensive experience in the agency relationship.
