Banee Pachuca

Banee focuses her practice on healthcare law, including transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. She serves as healthcare regulatory counsel for private equity and other financial investors in health care transactions. She represents hospitals, health systems, post-acute providers, and physician groups in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other collaborative and alignment strategies. Banee brings significant healthcare regulatory experience to transactions and advises with respect to transaction structure, healthcare regulatory notifications and consents, due diligence, and negotiation of transaction documents.

Additionally, Banee frequently advises clients with respect to fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law, state and federal anti-kickback laws, billing compliance, and state and federal privacy laws. She assists healthcare clients with internal investigations, analyzing potential self-disclosures, and developing compliance programs.
