Aziza Yakhloufi

Aziza Yakhloufi has been an attorney at RÖDL since 2011 and has headed the Labor Law & HR:Law practice group as well as RÖDL’s Eschborn office since 2025. Her practice focuses on national and international labor and social security law, particularly in connection with cross-border employee assignments, restructurings, and issues related to temporary staffing and bogus self-employment.

She has extensive expertise in providing labor law support for forensic investigations, HR compliance consulting, and advising on labor law measures. Another focus of her practice is providing ongoing employment law support to German and international companies, particularly regarding works council matters, individual and collective labor disputes, and contract drafting.
