Alexander Kutsch

Dr. Alexander Kutsch has been a member of the management board at RÖDL since January 2024 and is responsible for global legal advice. Dr. Alexander Kutsch advises companies and investors on national and international corporate transactions (Mergers & Acquisitions), corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and corporate financing. He has notable experience advising international family corporations.

Dr. Alexander Kutsch completed his studies and a Doctorate of Law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, which included a period abroad in the UK. He started as M&A-focused-lawyer at the international law firm HaarmannHemmelrath in 2005 and was admitted as tax consultant in 2011. Alexander joined Rödl 2012 as Manager of the Legal and Tax Law Practice Baden-Württemberg and was elected 2024 as Managing Partner for Global Legal Advisory.

He lectures and is author on various fields of corporate law and global family business. From 2012 to 2016, he was lecturer at University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM). Alexander serves as foundation board member (Stiftungsrat) and is involved in professional organizations, including board member to International Fiscal Association.
