Awa is a Partner at O&M Law, heading the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department and specialising in litigation and alternative dispute resolution and has years of experience handling corporate and commercial transactions, construction projects, and finance matters. He advises and represents individual and corporate clients in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, immigration law, constitutional and administrative law, employment law, and intellectual property matters.He appears before the Courts and Tribunals across Kenya, handling cases with precision and dedication thus delivering effective representation from initiation to resolution.

Awa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Law, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
