Audrey Rustichelli is a partner, head of the Technologies & IP department. She advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters and has extensive experience in outsourcing agreements, Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications and data protection issues including assisting clients getting GDPR ready. Her extensive experience, notably as head of the IP/ITc practice in the Luxembourg office of the largest American business law firm, is also an asset to handle issues related to commercial agreements, queries for regulated companies or enforcing intellectual property rights.
