Ashley Rogers

Ashley is a nationally recognized technology-focused practitioner sought out by market-leading global companies to handle their most challenging consumer protection and data privacy matters. As Co-Chair of the Gibson Dunn’s Consumer Protection Practice Group, Ashley’s practice focuses on defending clients in Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state Attorneys General investigations and enforcement actions, as well as class action litigation and advisory matters involving a wide range of consumer protection and data privacy issues. She has particular expertise defending and advising technology companies on matters involving emerging technologies and novel business and regulatory issues. Ashley is a frequent recipient of industry recognition for her legal expertise.
