Arturo focuses his practice on tax matters and national and international corporate structures.
For several years, he has devoted a significant portion of his time to resolving tax disputes. He also has experience advising private clients and providing family and inheritance planning services.
Before joining Garnham Abogados, he was a tax partner at Noguera Larraín & Dulanto in Santiago (2008-2013), a tax lawyer at Baker & McKenzie's Santiago office, where he became a tax partner (1995-2008), and a tax lawyer at Price Waterhouse (1992-1995).
He is currently Director of the Master's Degree in Tax Management and Administration at the Adolfo Ibáñez University Law School and has also been a professor in the same program since 2009. For 15 years, he was a professor of Tax Law I and Tax Law II at Diego Portales University (2004-2019).
