Artūras Kojala is a partner at COBALT Lithuania and Head of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department. A legal expert, Artūras has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and construction law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate transaction structuring, lease law, land use and planning, infrastructure projects, logistics, as well as environmental and waste management matters. He spent a significant part of his legal career at MAXIMA LT, UAB and its related companies. Artūras holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University and a Master’s degree in Management from European University Business School.
