Kristel Raidla-Talur is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group at COBALT Estonia. With over 20 years of experience, Kristel heads our Venture Capital practice, advising clients mainly on venture financing transactions and fund formation matters. She is also leading our Venture Capital and Growth Companies industry.

Throughout her career, Kristel has been a trusted advisor to leading investment funds, startups, and growth-stage companies. She works extensively with regional and international funds, including Karma Ventures, Change Ventures, and others, facilitating investments across Europe, the USA, and other markets.
