Advising UK Export Finance (UKEF) on the amendment and restatement of a €270 million facility agreement with the Government of Uganda relating to the construction of Kabaale International Airport.
Advising Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited on the negotiation of a USD 7.5 million facility from Afreximbank to finance the Nyagak III Hydropower Project.
Advised Cipla QCIL on addressing a public float deficiency and ensuring compliance with Uganda Securities Exchange listing rules.
Advising Financial Access Commerce and Trade Services (Uganda) Limited on a USD 750,000 factoring facility from Afreximbank.
