He represents employers in maintaining non-union status; collective bargaining negotiations and arbitration; employment discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation claims; handling DOL, EEOC, NLRB, OSHA and other administrative claims through judicial process; drafting employment, severance, noncompetition and confidentiality contracts; and affirmative action and OFCCP compliance.
