Armin's practice concentrates on labor and employment, counseling and solutions to claims against employers; litigation; arbitration; contracts; and regulatory compliance including health law. He represents employers in employment discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation claims; maintaining non-union status; collective bargaining negotiations; handling DOL, EEOC, NLRB, OSHA and other administrative claims through judicial process or arbitration; drafting employment, severance, noncompetition and confidentiality contracts; and affirmative action and OFCCP compliance. Armin has been selected as one of the 100 Most Powerful Corporate Employment Attorneys in America by Lawdragon and Human Resource Executive; is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (since 1989); and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating “AV” since 1984.
