His practice and specific experience covers several areas of international corporate and capital markets transactions, including high yield and leveraged finance transactions, SEC-registered and other types of initial public offerings, international rights offerings, restructurings, debt offerings by companies, financial institutions and governments, recapitalisations, tender offers, privatisations, stock exchange listings, M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
