He advises on M&A and financial transactions, audits, project structuring, environmental licensing processes, consultations, and opinions in general. He also works with the firm’s ESG (Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance) practice, a pioneer in the Brazilian legal market. Antonio assists with judicial and administrative litigation and consensual conflict resolution – including negotiating conduct adjustment agreements (TACs) – representing local and international clients from the energy, oil and gas, mining, steel, chemical, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, sanitation and waste management, agribusiness, pulp and paper, and forest exploitation industries. He is also an officer of the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
