Anthony is a partner with Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution team and chair of the firm’s market-leading Trusts Disputes group in London. Anthony specialises in handling disputes related to private wealth, wills and succession, trusts and family business governance. In such disputes, he acts for trustees, executors, protectors, beneficiaries, company directors and interested third parties. He is well known in all of the major offshore jurisdictions and has long-standing relationships with many offshore law firms.
Career
Anthony has over 25 years’ experience advising clients in relation to managing risks associated with exposure to wealth-related controversy, including dealing with corporate governance and family governance and resolving family disputes privately. More generally, Anthony also handles cases involving fraud, asset tracing and financial recovery as well as situations requiring applications for freezing or proprietary injunctions. He also assists trustees in handling carrying out risk audits and mitigating exposure to risks.

Anthony is a full member of ACTAPS. He was elected to the ACTAPS Committee in 2018 and is a founding member of the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association.
