In his personal injury practice, Anthony represents individuals who have suffered life-changing harm, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, brachial plexus injuries, limb amputations, complex orthopaedic trauma, polytrauma, chronic pain syndromes, psychiatric injury and loss of vision. Anthony is also frequently instructed in fatal accident claims.

Anthony’s clinical negligence work spans the full spectrum of medical malpractice, with particular expertise in technically complex cases. He has substantial experience handling claims involving cauda equina syndrome, nerve injuries, brain injuries, delayed cancer diagnosis and failures in the management of sepsis. Anthony has a strong track record in birth injury litigation, especially cerebral palsy and Erb’s palsy cases arising from mismanaged labour and delivery and he is regularly instructed in wrongful birth claims.
