She has built her career across law firms, financial institutions, and international legal environments, including experience as part of the in-house legal team of El Salvador’s largest commercial bank and as an international associate at Holland & Knight LLP in Miami. This background allows her to bring a practical view of transactions, understanding both the legal and regulatory requirements and the financial and commercial priorities of each matter.

Her counsel focuses on organizing complex structures, identifying relevant risks, and supporting the negotiation, formalization, and implementation of transactions with technical judgment and business sense.
