Anne O’Connell qualified as a Solicitor and New York Attorney in 2001. Specialising in Employment Law, Anne practiced in various firms including the Chief State Solicitors and top tier law firms. In 2017, Anne set up her own boutique employment law firm in Dublin, and thus AOC Solicitors was born. The firm has achieved great success and continues to grow and expand.
Anne’s in-depth experience has giving her a high-calibre, strategic and practical approach to employment law issues. Anne offers a full suite of employment law services including advices and representation in respect of all contentious and non-contentious matters. Advising large multi-national companies, semi-state companies, small businesses and individual high-level employees, Anne is very passionate about what she does, becoming as invested in finding a solution to the issues as the client is.
Anne is an active member of the Law Society Employment Law Committee and the Employment Law Section of the International Bar Association. Anne lectures and tutors for the Law Society and speaks extensively at HR and Legal Conferences on employment law issues. Over the past two decades Anne has built up a well-earned reputation as being a stand-out leader in the field of employment law in Ireland.
