Anne qualified as an Irish Solicitor in 2001 and as a New York Attorney in 2002. Specialising in Employment Law, Anne practiced with the Chief State Solicitor’s Office and several top tier Irish law firms. In 2017, Anne set up her own boutique employment law firm in Dublin, and the firm has achieved great success and continues to grow and expand. Anne’s diverse and in-depth experience has given her a high-calibre, strategic and practical approach to employment law issues. She is noted for her commercial thinking, swift turn-around and passion for achieving a resolution for her clients.
Over the past two decades, Anne has built up a well-earned reputation as being a stand-out leader in the field of employment law in Ireland. In 2025, Anne was named again as a Leading Individual in Employment Law by Legal500 and at the 2024 Irish Law Awards, she was the overall winner of the Sole Principal of the Year award.
Anne is an active member of the Law Society Employment Law Committee and the Employment Section of the International Bar Association (“IBA”). Anne lectures and tutors regularly for the Law Society of Ireland and conducts bespoke training and updates for clients. Anne has also been selected for the last number of years by the Law Society as its sole External Examiner for the Employment Law Diploma course and regularly acts as a supervisor in the LLM Employment Law in Practice run by the Law Society in conjunction with the Northumbria University Law School.
Anne is the author of the European Employment Law Developments feature for the Irish Employment Law Journal. In addition, as a leader in the area of Protected Disclosures Law, Anne is currently completing a book on the area to be published shortly. Anne is regularly consulted by media for her expert views and has become an established and respected media contributor in Ireland, on Employment Law issues. In the last 12 months Anne was interviewed on many occasions by the Sunday Times, the Irish Times and RTÉ radio in relation to topical news items involving employment law issues.
