With over 10 years of experience in the nuclear power industry, Anne Leidich represents domestic generators of nuclear power, advanced reactor startups, and vendors of nuclear power plant components in transactional, litigation and regulatory matters.
In her seven years at Pillsbury, Ms. Leidich has represented energy clients in a variety of different matters, including international arbitration and litigation before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards. In addition to litigation and arbitration, she provides advice on the application of nuclear export control laws and on the decommissioning of nuclear power plants. Ms. Leidich also assists in significant nuclear industry transactions, including large scale due diligence and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts. She has a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and worked for Westinghouse Electric Company prior to attending law school.
