Anne Herold Li

Anne Elise Herold Li is a partner in Crowell & Moring LLP's Life Sciences Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Trade Secrets groups in New York, and is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group Steering Committee.

Anne represents clients in the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, medical device, and mobile device industries, including a wide range of clients from large corporations to start-ups. She litigates in both federal and state court, Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings, and at the International Trade Commission (ITC) as lead counsel.

She deeply understands life sciences companies, their technologies, and their markets.
