Anne Croteau focuses her practice on private equity and other financing transactions, representing asset managers, BDCs and other direct credit funds on agented and club private credit transactions, including unitranches, first-in/last-out financings, second lien loans, subordinated term loans, secured and unsecured mezzanine loans. Anne has significant experience on both borrower and lender side financings of platform and add-on acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations and complex restructurings. Anne is among a small group of lawyers in the United States who have significant transactional and regulatory experience with Small Business Investment Companies.
