Career

Anne Chapman, a former Assistant Federal Defender, has defended clients in criminal cases and assisted companies with internal and governmental investigations for the over twenty years.

She is an experienced trial attorney on a range of complex criminal cases and frequently defends clients in False Claims Act matters.

Anne also has a wealth of experience representing individual and corporate clients in connection with regulatory and enforcement investigations and indictments, internal investigations, and deferred prosecution agreements.

She has defended clients in a variety of industries in investigations by DOJ, SEC, IRS, the Arizona Corporation Commission, and State Attorney General actions.

Anne often serves as counsel to Special Litigation Committees and has been selected to conduct investigations on behalf of governmental entities.

She also counsels clients on anti-corruption measures and conducts trainings on FCPA and anti-corruption compliance.
