She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Employment Relations from the University of Turin, International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization, Italy.

As the founder of Anne Babu & Company Advocates, she provides support to corporate employers, navigating complex labour laws. Her firm caters to a diverse clientele, spanning both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations.

Anne's daily endeavours involve advising clients on employment matters, including mutual separations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and restructuring. She also represents clients in court proceedings and facilitates training sessions on aspects of employment law.

Anne is the Chief Curator of Kenya Employment Law, the only website in Kenya dedicated to labour laws. Beyond her legal practice, Anne serves as a board director for Gold Star Kenya and Nabu Global Inc., reflecting her values and desire to effect positive change.
