Anna Lee

Anna Lee joined the New York office in 2003. As partner, her practice focuses on public finance matters. Prior to joining, she was an associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in New York.

Ms. Lee has served as primary bond counsel for several municipal issuers in connection with numerous utility financings and Borrower's counsel in connection with private activity bonds. She has also acted as underwriter's and remarketing agent's counsel in a wide variety of public offerings and private placements of debt securities, and Bank counsel in connection with credit enhancement of municipal Bonds. Finally, she represented a major financial services company in connection with its municipal derivatives business, including the negotiation and preparation of guaranteed investment contracts and repurchase agreements.
