Career

I joined Clark Nuber PS in 2023 as a shareholder in the CN Studio Services Group.

As a CPA, I’ve focused my expertise on assisting high net worth individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth management and tax planning. Often, this has centered around estate, trust, and succession planning, ensuring that their legacies become, and remain, multi-generational. I also advise clients on cross-border estate and income tax considerations, so that wealth transfer and domicile and residency selection may accomplish their individual goals, while mitigating relational conflict

Since 1994, I have had the privilege serving clients both international and domestic, ranging in size from $2 million to over $1 billion. As a former vice president of a closely held company, I experienced firsthand the issues private businesses encounter, and the importance of financial management and forward-thinking tax strategies in mitigating those issues. My time in the profession has cultivated a knack for creative strategies that provide simple solutions to often-complex problems. Some of these wins have included extracting a $20 million asset in a complicated ownership structure, assisting with the formation of foreign entities to own tangible personal property, and abating gift tax penalties for multi-year delinquent filings.
