Anita’s practice focuses on infrastructure development and finance transactions, with a particular focuses on public private partnerships and the water, digital, social and transportation sectors. She represents sponsors and concessionaires throughout all phases of these transactions, including in the bidding, procurement, financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance. She also works closely with concessionaires on ongoing corporate compliance matters, financing and refinancing matters and disputes. Anita also represents issuers in various capital market transactions, including in respect of project bonds, private placements and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. She also has significant experience working on project finance related matters in Latin America.
