Angela handles a wide range of clinical negligence claims and has particular interest in complex injuries including birth injury claims which may span a number of subspecialties of medicine.

With her dual background in medicine and law, Angela has comprehensive insight into medical procedures, standards of care, as well as the legal issues of clinical negligence cases. Angela’s blend of skills allows her to understand complicated medical and legal issues, as well as to communicate effectively with Senior Counsel, Counsel, local and overseas medical experts and to advise her clients effectively.

Angela read medicine in London and was a qualified NHS doctor and practised in the fields of general practice, general surgery, respiratory medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology and ophthalmology before moving to Hong Kong. She transitioned from a career as a medical doctor to a clinical negligence lawyer, which aligns with her values and her passion for patient advocacy.
