Andrew T White

Andy is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has extensive experience advising clients in commercial real estate transactions, including the formation of joint ventures and real estate opportunity funds (private equity LP and/or GP funds), acquisitions, developments, financings, sale-leasebacks and dispositions.

He counsels real estate private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, REITs, developers, and other institutional investors and operators involving all asset classes, including residential (including seniors housing, student housing, manufactured housing communities, single-family rental and build-to-rent platforms), industrial (including cold storage and industrial outdoor storage), retail and office properties. Andy also represents borrowers/property owners in real estate financings, including construction, mezzanine, preferred equity and general mortgage financings.
