Andrew has particular experience with securities offerings, including initial and follow-on public offerings and shelf offerings of both debt and equity securities. Andrew’s clients include such industry leaders as Adobe, Avalara, Boise Cascade, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Idaho Power Company, Microsoft Corporation, OfferUp, Porch Group, Inc., Puget Sound Energy, Weyerhaeuser Company, and Zillow, Inc.

Andrew is a founding editor and author of the newly published seventh edition of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives.

Andrew also has extensive M&A experience, advising on numerous transactions for clients across a range of industries, including representing Microsoft Corporation in numerous deals over more than a decade, and Costco in its $1 billion acquisition of logistics company Innovel Solutions.
