Andrew specialises in domestic and international construction, engineering, energy, professional negligence and general commercial matters. Andrew represents contractors, private employers, professional advisors and insurers. His experience includes construction disputes relating to airports, power stations, manufacturing plants and residential/commercial developments and professional negligence claims involving architects, services engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers. He has acted as junior counsel on large litigations, arbitrations (conducted under the ICC and LCIA rule), and in the Court of Appeal. Andrew has been instructed on international arbitrations for parties and disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including Oman, Dubai, Turkey, Russia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
