Andrés is a partner of the Financial and Corporate Area, focusing in capital markets, securities law, sovereign debt, corporate law, derivatives, securities, M&As, banking law, insurance and reinsurance, as well as other corporate operations.
He is a financial lawyer with over 20 year experience in international operations in different sectors.
Andrés has participated in public and private securities deals in the domestic and international market (including IPOs and issues under Regulation S and Rule 144-A), acquisitions (including listed companies through tender offers), project finance and project development with special concentration in energy sectors (oil & gas, mining and electricity) and infrastructure (health, ports and roads), asset backed financing (including securitizations), incorporation of banks, syndication and banking regulation.
