Andrea McIlroy-Rose is a Global Team Leader of the Development and Investment team at Pinsent Masons and Head of the Belfast Office. Development and Investment is the largest team within the Pinsent Mason's Property Group extending to over 17 offices globally and Andrea is one of the only lawyers in Northern Ireland who helps to lead an international team. Andrea specialises in retail investment and development work and the management of large real estate portfolios for private sector clients and also heads up the UK retail property team. She is dual qualified in England and Wales and Northern Ireland and has over 25 years experience within this sector and has led multi million pound schemes throughout Northern Ireland and England including the development of all of the Sainsbury's supermarkets in NI; the development and management of Victoria Square in Belfast, the acquisition by TTYM of a large retail building in Covent Garden and the development and leasing of the Uniqlo European HQ in Regent St comprising 8 floors along with various other strategic locations. Andrea sits on the Board of Women in Business and has been responsible for leading the Pinsent Masons gender equality initiative known as Project Sky and sitting on the firm's Global Inclusion Board as their gender representative.
