Andrea is head of the Belfast office and one of the Global Team Leader’s for the firm’s Property Group. She is dual qualified in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales. She has been one of the leading real estate lawyers in Northern Ireland for over 25 years and continues to work on some of the most high profile and strategic deals in Northern Ireland and England.

Andrea specialises in investment and development work and her knowledge and experience in this field combined with her expertise in dealing with the construction and development of mixed use schemes have resulted in her dealing with the development and management of most of the main Northern Ireland shopping centres for landlords and developers as well as advising retailers such as Uniqlo, Tesco, Samsung and Matalan in relation to their stores both in Northern Ireland and England.

Andrea acts for a large number of investor clients based in the UK and globally such as TTYM, CBRE Investment Fund, Commerz Real and Oxford Capital along with some of the largest occupiers in the NI market such as Allstate, Concentrix and Liberty Mutual.

Andrea is well known as an active advocate of diversity and inclusion with a particular emphasis on the advancement of women in business and has won a number of awards for this. She sits on the Women in Business and was one of the founders of the Northern Ireland branch of Women in Property.
