Andrea González, Partner at BLP in San José, Costa Rica, is an expert in Business Law with an emphasis on Real Estate & Hospitality. In her 20 years of experience, she has advised on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance for national and transnational companies. She excels in the restructuring and design of corporate structures, as well as in real estate and hotel projects in coastal and urban areas. Andrea is recognized for her efficiency and quality in client service. Locally, she participates as a coach, mentor, and judge in entrepreneurship competitions and is a co-founder of “Ecoclean Bio,” a green chemistry venture. As part of her current entrepreneurial endeavors, she is co-founding a regenerative farm to develop a Holistic Livestock Management model. She joined BLP as an Associate in 2007, rising to Partner in 2018.
