Principal Associate member of the Private Clients and Family team. Her professional practice focuses on advising business families, both in Colombia and abroad, on managing their wealth. She is an expert in designing and implementing corporate and fiscal structures for succession planning, asset protection, and tax planning, as well as processes for the transmission of leadership in family businesses (family protocols), successions, divorces, drafting prenuptial agreements and wills, among other matters related to Private Client practice.

With over 17 years of experience, she has advised business owners, executives, high-net-worth families, family offices, trust companies, and clients across various industries.

Andrea has a Law Degree from Universidad del Rosario (2008). She also has a Postgraduate degree in Tax Law (2009) and in Business Law (2010) both from Universidad del Rosario.
