He has extensive expertise in advising and assisting Italian and international clients in a number of significant and complex real estate transactions involving acquisitions, disposals and letting (including long term leases and lease-back structures) of large scale retail, office, residential, leisure and logistic portfolios. Andrea advises domestic and international investors as well as financial institutions (including closed-ended funds).

He has also assisted investment and corporate clients in the development of real estate projects and, in this context, he has been active in the negotiation of construction contracts and corporate joint ventures.
