Andrea has extensive experience acting on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions advising financial sponsors, principal investors and lenders in Italy and abroad. He also has extensive experience in real estate finance, debt restructuring and general lending transactions, both in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions. He is the National Managing Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice and Fintech and Digital Transformation Group for Linklaters in Italy.
