Career

André is a senior associate in Oil and Gas at ​​Lefosse.

He has expertise in project development in all segments of the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream and downstream). André has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (and the purchase and sale of assets), contracts and complex regulatory issues, as well as in bidding rounds promoted by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels. He has published several articles on topics related to Oil and Gas Law both in Brazil and abroad. André is founder and editor-in-chief of the PetroLaw website (https://petrolaw.wordpress.com/), which aims to disseminate knowledge and information about Oil and Gas Law in Brazil.

André is graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and holds certificates in Business Law and American Legal System from the University of California, San Diego, and in Oil and Gas Law, Contracts and International Negotiations promoted by the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators - AIPN and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation – RMMLF. André is a member of the AIPN and of the oil and natural gas commission of the OAB/RJ.
