Partner Anders Ryssdal is one of Norway’s most highly respected litigators. He has argued a great number of cases before Norwegian and international courts.

Anders has brought 25 cases before the Supreme Court, of which 6 cases in plenary and grand chamber. He has extensive experience with arbitration and serves regularly as arbitrator. He also handles class-action lawsuits.

Anders’ particular expertise is within disputes over limited liability law, company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities trading law, financial market law, contract law, competition law, public law and international law. He oversees parallel processes in several countries.

Anders also has extensive experience as member of boards of directors, supervisory boards and election committees of listed and unlisted companies.
