Ana has advised on a number of headline transactions in Romania – recent experience includes advice to one of the world’s largest delivery platforms in the sale of its business in Eastern Europe, advice to a London-based PE fund focused on technology companies in the acquisition of a local provider of fuel and cost management solutions for the aviation sector, buyer side advice in the acquisition of several companies providing software solutions for the banking and financial industry, advice to a producer of electricity in the acquisition of several wind and solar energy projects in Romania, advice to a supplier of electricity and natural gas on regulatory matters and in relation to the update of their customer contractual documentation.
