Ana is specialized in employment law legal advise in restructuring procedures, collective dismissals and designing labour strategies to be implemented in a medium period as consequences of a deal procedure. She has been involved in a large number of company’s organizational changes, both during the prior analysis but also during the implementation phase of such changes. This covers, negotiation with employee’s representative, variation of terms, collective bargaining, collective layoff, temporary collective layoff, TUPE, among others. Ana also specialises in Top Executive relationships.

She is also an expert litigation lawyer before Labour Tribunals. Before joining Allen & Overy she was Director of the labour area or PwC.
