Ignacio is a partner in our corporate team based in Madrid. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate transactions including M&A, disposals, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts. He has wide experience on private equity deals, having acted on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Ignacio has also expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

He has recently been recognised as a rising star in the field of Private Equity in Europe in the context of Law.com/Legal Week's selection of under 40 lawyers. He is also recognised in the main legal directories, such us Chambers & Partners. Ignacio consistently publishes works on legal publications and lectures Civil and Corporate Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) since 2015. He is also a member of ICADE’s Master de Acceso examination board.
