Partner Amund Brede Svendsen's practice area is IP. He litigates patents (especially pharmaceutical, biosimilar and oil and gas services industry patents) and other IP rights. He advises on patents, trademarks , employee inventors’ rights, trade secrets, unfair competition and marketing law, and represents clients in disputes in these areas, and also in IP-related commercial litigation. He is a qualified arbitrator and has arbitrated international commercial disputes.
He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.
